Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local cafes, boutiques, breweries and more. Near Austin Peay State University, Fort Campbell and less than hour from Nashville. It sets on top of one the highest peaks in county with a spring-fed pond at the bottom of the hill with hiking trails. Enjoy the fireplace, fire pit & spacious patio. No cameras. Relax & watch the horses! Boat parking is available. Only 2 miles to boat dock. 1-mile to Cross Creeks. We’ve added a scavenger hunt to make the experience adventurous.

Black Eagle Retreat

Black Eagle Retreat is an 1800 sq foot luxury chalet nestled atop of a two acre hillside with 180 degree views of Kentucky Lake. This three bedroom modern A-frame boasts floor to ceiling windows, an expansive open concept living area, fireplace, full kitchen and a large deck equipped with a grill and hot tub. It is the perfect getaway for a romantic weekend or for friends and family to enjoy nature. The property is also home to a pair of bald eagles, so don't forget your cameras!

Twin Bridge Farm Cottage

The cottage sits on a 40 acre working family farm. We milk cows twice daily. We tend a vineyard, raise pigs, ducks, chickens and geese. There are farm noises and smells here. The cottage has its own driveway off the main drive and 11 stairs leading to your home away from home. It is a fully renovated space with modern stainless appliances and washer/dryer. High speed WiFi allows you to stay connected while relaxing on the farm. Not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Close to Austin Peay State University, 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from Fort Campbell. The Space: Comfortable queen bed with full bath (shower only-no tub). Private entrance to walkout basement apartment. No access to main house from apartment. Full kitchen with coffee provided.
