In addition our gates give you direct access to the open moor and the Mariners' way footpath runs through the farm.

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house.
