This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Log cabin only 1 mile from Pats Bluff boat ramp on the upper lake at Sardis. Only 20 mins to Oxford and 15 mins to Batesville. This cabin has been completely renovated. Mbr downstairs and 2 br and full bath upstairs. This cabin sleeps 7 easily and even has an additional flip chair that converts to a twin bed that is perfect for a child. Plenty of parking.
