You have the option of reserving (on the lower basement floor) 1 bedroom (up to 2 ppl per room) or 2 bedrooms (add $25 cleaning fee for second room per, night payable on arrival.) . This includes a den/kitchen combo, large bath and laundry room. A semi-private entrance to a modern, yet cozy area. We still invite short term stays, we have switched our focus to long-term stays for business and traveling nurses. (If more than one person is showing up inform us.) Don’t say 1, and then 2or 3 show up…

Peaceful Getaway in the Country

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Second story one room cabin with open vaulted ceilings ( must be able to climb stairs to access). Sleeping for 4 and possible 5th with couch. Full kitchen with bar, ¾ bathroom. Large deck for enjoying the countryside views and show stopping sunsets. Pets welcome with fee. Close to town and amenities. I mile from river access.

Cozy House w/ Sunroom! Sleeps 11 *NO CLEANING FEE*

Incredibly cozy house for your stay! House has three bedrooms, all outfitted with new queen beds! Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well!
