Charming 2BD Bungalow on Lush Coconut Plantation

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

Our cozy, simple bungalow is located right on the beautiful Marakoliya beach. Inside, you'll find a triple room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and seating on the terrace. You can use the pool at the nearby resort for a fee. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location in Tangalle. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of restaurants, a market, shops, and a supermarket. A safe swimming spot is just a 10-minute walk away in a natural bay or near the breakwater.

Meals can be arranged in the fully equipped kitchen during your stay..Food also can be arranged from the restaurant in the adjoining property. The beach can be reached from the rear entrance through a narrow privately.Restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance. Washing machine is available but the cost of powder to be borne by you.
