The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Recently renovated roomy 4 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront lake cabin located in the Kowaliga Bay area on the south side of Lake Martin close to all of Lake Martin’s hot spots! Plenty of outdoor space with an upper and lower deck for enjoying coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views or enjoying a meal outside with family or friends. Sit on the dock or lakeside swing while watching the kids play and swim in the water.
