The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living space features two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed—ideal for families or small groups.
