Simply talk to our staff and they will do their best to cater to your every need.. Guests will have access to the entire villa with the exception of the staff room at the rear of the property. Myself and the Indah Shambala team are present as little or as much as you need them. The staff come in daily to make your breakfasts and service your rooms and will stay as long as you have need of them... A supermarket and many restaurants, spas, shops, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. Ubud Palace is in walking distance. The villa affords a leisurely stroll into town, but also offers you the service of our own wonderful driver, Nyoman, who will give you the best pricing on day trips and tours.
