Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Το Lemon tree house είναι το σπίτι της υπέροχης προ-γιαγιάς μας, Σταμάτας. Ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι,που χτίστηκε στο πέρασμα των αιώνων και εκσυγχρονίστηκε στο πέρασμα του χρόνου, διατηρώντας τον χαρακτήρα και την γοητεία του. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ένα δροσιστικό και γαλήνιο πρωινό στον ιδιόκτητο κήπο με τις λεμονιές μας, όπως επίσης μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την βεράντα στο "ανώι" για να απολαύσετε το βραδυ σας. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 100μ απο την ιδιαίτερη πλατεία του Πλάτανου.

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.
