This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify if needed we need prepare the linens for you.

Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning lake and huge playground. Featuring 3 bedrooms including a king, queen and a bunk room, incorporating boho style, beach decor with area rugs, throw blankets, and soft pillows. The sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a comfortable queen. The house is fully Air Conditioned, with a games room.

Mattina Cabina is a centrally located, five bedroom home located in Sylvan Lake with room for up to 12 people. Only a short one-minute walk to Lakeshore Drive and the beach, this cozy home is great for family and friends. A spacious backyard with a firepit and swing-chairs, as well as a newly renovated interior, this place is sure to please!
