Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Pat's traditional, 180 year old stone house

A cultural experience. 180 yr old house built by Greeks for Turks. An atmosphere of simplicity, with some integrated modern facilities. An open balcony blends inside and out as an ongoing organic experience. Low door frames, minimal plumbing, creaky floors, maybe a ghost or two! Goat bells, donkey shoes, tools, loom equipment, tin pots, enhance surroundings. Not really a place of luxury but discovery. Explore authentic village life with fantastic beaches. (sorry but not for children under 12).

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Είναι μια Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία 200 ετών, ζεστός χώρος απο ξύλο & πέτρα ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χωρίς όμως να χάσει την ταυτότητα του.. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό και απέχει απο τις κοντινότερες μαγευτικές παραλίες 7’. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόριο, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η κατοικία περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων & ψυγείο.

Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

There is a barbecue, a private entrance, also from the back yard there is an entrance which can be placed the cars inside the yard.
