Greencourt Loft, Cotswold Way, Middleyard, Stroud

Greencourt Loft is a self contained, comfortable and luxurious coach house room situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Middleyard, on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment in-between Stroud and Stonehouse. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

A stylish self-contained annex, next to our house, in a beautiful picturesque rural Wiltshire village. The Garden Annex has a well equipped kitchen/ dinner, spacious sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and full use the garden. It's also Ideally situated for exploring Avebury, Stonehenge, Marlborough, Bath or for simply enjoying the beautiful country walks and local pub the village has to offer.
