Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Honeysuckle Harbourside-81m2-Parking-Self Check-In

Very modern 1 bedroom 81m2 apartment, situated on Newcastle Harbour in Honeysuckle (Nobby's headland views). The University's city campus is on the opposite side of the street. Footsteps to Honeysuckle's dining and entertainment precinct. One light rail stop from Newcastle interchange, light rail stop is directly behind the apartment building. BBQ on level 3. Apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
