Το Αμαρυλλίς είναι ένα μεγάλο, ολοκαίνουριο διαμέρισμα, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.Ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Amaryllis is a brand new large apartment following the tradition of the Eptanesian architecture. It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

The Sun & The Moon Luxury Maisonette

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Villa has two bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and one more bathroom, a large living room and kitchen area. Villa is part of Leventis Villas Complex. Complex offers three fully outfitted villas, with a shared pool, BBQ, amazing exteriors, surrounded by olive trees and oleander. Located less than 10’ from the airport or Argostoli and dozen amazing beaches, in the area of Spartia.
