It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

The apartment is 90 m2 big and situated in unique Dalmatian stone house from the end of 19th century, located in Mimice (near the town of Omiš). It is entirely renovated and furnished in traditional Dalmatian style and provides you full enjoyment in absolute privacy during your stay. It consist of living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and large terrace on which one can relax in shades and peace. And it is only 10 meters away from the sea!

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
