Borgir – the land and the farm house The farmhouse Borgir is located only 10m from the ocean on a land of more than 400 hectare of unspoiled nature, surrounded by hills on the west and ocean on east side. The wildlife is very vivid with seals, sheeps, horses, arctic foxes and various birds all around. Walking routes are available for your private encounter. Borgir is ideal place for hiking, kayaking, meditating as well as other outdoor activities. Borgir is also a good base for day trips to the Westfjords. This is a fabulous place for children and a great place to relax.

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

Eyri Seaside Houses is a cozy, warm and new guesthouse with a great ocean view on our small horse farm. We usually have horses at home, and if you like, you can contact us and we’ll let you pet them with us! We’re located in Hvammstangi but still very private, with only the ocean and landscape in view. There are a lot of birds at the beach, and there’s even a chance to spot seals. Occasionally whales enter the fjord, but you’ll need a lucky day to see them.

The cottage is located in a rural summer house are, a short drive away from Hraunfossar waterfalls, Víðgelmir caves, Langjökull glacier, Krauma baths and Husafell canyon baths.

Our cozy cottage with a geothermal hot pool, offers a quiet retreat where you can slow down and enjoy the calm of North Iceland. The hot pool, located just a few steps from the cottages, is available to our guests 24 hours a day, all year round. It is a perfect place to relax in summer and watch northern lights in winter. We are easy to reach (even with a small car) in all seasons and there are many activities and natural landmarks in our area.

Cosy and spacious apartment located in a private and quiet area in Hvammstangi. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre where you can find the supermarket, restaurant and liquor store. Private patio with a nice view over the country side. The apartment is equipped with a smart tv, Chromecast for easy access to Netflix, Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, washer, dryer, dishwasher among most common kitchen appliances.

Rustic Cabin is a micro apartment connected to our farmhouse. The kitchen and living-room are in the same space where you have two beds, a sleeping sofa and wonderful view of the sunset or the northern lights - if you're lucky. Steinnes is a farm located in picturesque Icelandic scenery with a beautiful view of mountains and the river running by. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.
