The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Family Treehouse on The Santa Fe River

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

The Suwannee River Rest & Adventures

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Charming Lakefront Log Home

Welcome to your perfect lake retreat! Located on a no public access lake. This charming log home has a private dock and boat ramp suitable for launching your boat for fishing or skiing. There are kayaks on premises for use. This is an ideal location to enjoy North Florida’s lake life with family, friends, or work retreat. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, gas grill, and WiFi if you feel the need to plug in. NOT suitable for parties or events. NO loud noise, please.

Spend all the time you want at home in Nature relaxing or recreating. This unique treehouse home is set high up in the trees and on 13 acres of natural habitat on the banks of the Santa Fe River. The Santa Fe has so much wildlife, and we are near the famous crystalline Ichetucknee River and miles of public trails. We share our kayaks, a canoe, and many amenities for your stay. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
