The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Santa Fe River Life

My husband and I found this amazing river front home right before we retired. We wanted a retreat home where our 4 daughters and their families could experience the river, the woods, boating, tubing, fishing and swimming all in a nature setting. We love this home where at night, you can watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in early morning watch the manatees and otters playing in the river. At night make sure you light up the fire pit for smores and storytelling or jump in the hot tub.
