Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place

The apartment is situated in The Dvori Lapad complex located in Lapad Bay, near the beach, where you can go swimming, sun-bathiautiful or just enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. In the building where the apartment is located there is a Studenac supermarket and a Cinestar cinema on the 0th floor. Across the street from the complex is a bus stop for the Old Town, which is a 15-minute drive away.

Studio apartment - The apartment is centrally located in the Dubrovnik port. It is on the first floor and has everything you need. There are good restaurants, domestic market with fresh groceries and fish from local fishermen in the vicinity. The main bus station is just across it and local bus station in three minutes walk from it. The Old City is half an hour walk from the apartment. The apartment has one real bed and one sofa which can be made into bed for one.

One private parking space is available free of charge in our garage. The space is suitable for one vehicle, including a large minivan. Please note that we can accommodate only one vehicle per reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide parking for a second car, even if it is a small vehicle or if you are arriving as two separate groups. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please let us know in advance if you will need the parking space.
