This 16x28 cabin is more like a tiny house featuring one bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath including washer & dryer. The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

This downstairs space of the duplex has many amenities that include but are not limited to a high-quality bed, heated floors, waterfall shower with stone floor, full kitchen for cooking, outdoor seating, shared outdoor fire pit (wood provided), beautiful grass yard, and more. The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Talkeetna Downtown Green House

This little green house is walking distance to downtown Talkeetna. It is on a quiet dead end road perpendicular to the village airstrip. There is plenty of parking in a long driveway next to the house off the road. There is a fire pit and wood in the backyard. It is comfortable for 2 people, however, 4 people could make it work since there is a couch that can be pulled out to a bed. It has a Smart TV with Roku, a full kitchen, W/D, bathtub/shower and wifi. Pets are allowed.

Best suited for two adults; Main floor has kitchen, living area, bathroom, and twin sleeper sofa. Upstairs has a queen bed plus a child-friendly futon and sofa sleep. Narrow spiral staircase (2 ft) or outdoor stairs lead to the bedroom. Dog-friendly with guidelines.
