Herzstück ist der 60 m² Dachstuhl mit offener Küche, Kamin und großer Couch. Unten Schlafbereich und Bad, draußen Süd-Terrasse, Feuerstelle und Brücke in den Garten. Chiemsee, Waginger, Tachinger und Tüttensee für Schwimmen und Stand-Up. Hochfelln und Hochgern für Bergtouren. Radwege direkt vor der Tür. Tagsüber raus, abends ans Feuer.

The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
