A peaceful and comfortable stay with a relaxing *SPA BATH* located at the heart of Sunshine precinct with an 8-minutes walk to Village cinemas, library, parks, supermarket, cafes a dining strip. Our double storey townhouse is brightly lit and newly built. 2 (double beds) bedrooms, sleeps 4, a spa bath, off-street parking, and AC in every room. It is suitable for families and professionals. Tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Direct and convenient street access to car space.

Private guest house in Melbourne

The guest house – consists of one air conditional bedroom, one bathroom and toilet. You can cook in a kitchen area then have meal in the dinning table. Safe on street parking. It is really suited for couples or those sharing the queen size bed with a child. Set in a residential area, it is in a quite location. It is situated at the rear of our house. You will have your own entrance via side gate. You will have the keys when check in. Happy to accommodate pets kept under control.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Fully self-contained with a kitchen, toilet, bathroom, shower, laundry and queen bed in the separate bedroom. A recliner sofa in a common area, with Wi-Fi that’s well-suited for working remotely. Constant warm temperature in cold Melbourne due to slab heating! Guest access Guests have their own entry with their own free parking, front garden yard and little rest area outside on their own territory of the property.

This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
