You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
