Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe and 4 kayaks for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

The Bagnell Dam strip is 20 minutes away and we are very centrally located to most of the lake attractions. It is within the Tan-Tar-A Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.
