A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette and a queen bed. It is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - There is a new building going up, whilst we are excited about this building and what it brings, there is noise between 7am and 5pm. Prices for Jun - Aug have been reduced to reflect this.
