This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

No hotel service, but a self-catering home away from home – not suitable for luxury seekers or perfectionists. It features smart home technology, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a double bed (160×200 cm), and a sofa bed for one person. Bathroom with shower, toilet, window, and washing machine for everyday comfort.

Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

Es gibt für Sie auch 2 bis 3 Parkplätze direkt neben dem Haus.
