If you want to spend a relaxing and restful summer vacation, our apartment is the right choice for you. We have comfortable and classically furnished apartment with a sea view, at only 10 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in a small village Strp, near Risan, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, protected by UNESCO and even 1979. Large air-conditioned apartment (90m2) is located on the ground floor and has three bedrooms (two triples and one double), two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, wireless internet and the summer terrace with a large garden. Guests can use barbecue and washing machine. Secured parking spaces are in front of the house.

Sea front old stone house with amazing sea views and so much space! Pretty unique location, one just need to grab a towel and take few steps to the sea. Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. House has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.
