With views of Pikes Peak and tree lined streets this private studio is surrounded by beauty. Located near downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City , Garden of the Gods, Fort Carson, and Peterson Air Force Base.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
