It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

Come enjoy comfort and hospitality in the countryside of central Wisconsin. This second-floor suite sits on 5.5 acres in the country, and is surrounded by family-owned farms. You will be greeted by the sunrise in the kitchen and blessed with a sunset view from the balcony patio. Sunset Suite is a quiet place to work or rest. Enjoy a peaceful walk in the country! Just a 10 min drive from charming downtown Marshfield with restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, zoo, and world class medical care.

Eau Pleine lake house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the Eau Pleine. With 450’ of lake frontage you have plenty of space to spread out and play in the water. Enjoy your morning coffee rain or shine on either the back deck or on the covered porch. Catch fish off the dock or take one of the 5 kayaks or the paddle boat for a spin around the lake. Perfect location to catch a sunset as you roast s’mores. Within driving distance to granite peak ski resort and direct snowmobile trail access.

You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Tiny Town Bakery Flatlet

Ever wanted to see what goes on in a commercial bakery? Imagine waking to the aroma of baking bread and cinnamon rolls? Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

Make this cozy historic, 2100 square ft home your respite while in Marshfield. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. (Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂
