Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

A detached bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location. Its my home which I rent out when I'm away so lots of home comforts. LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. WORKSPACE: High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Complementary Tea, Coffee and breakfast cereals. NO SMOKING PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn to the parking area.

The coach house has two separate relaxing patio areas overlooking fields, magnificent lawns, koi ponds and stunning landscaped gardens. Also the popular St Cassians Church, a garden centre with coffee shop and Chaddesley Woods is popular with walkers & hikers.
