We get our unique name because we are located near the Jimmerson Lake Dam. Nestled in Nevada Mills. THIS IS NOT A LAKESIDE PROPERTY. We do NOT have a private boat slip. However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. The Airbnb is attached to our business Anchors Aweigh Pontoon Rentals which is located on the property. We areYour space will be private and comfortable. Only 4 miles to Trine Univ., a 10 min. drive to Crooked Lake and 14 min. to Lake James.

Long Lake Cottage

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.

BTL Lakefront Cottage

Lakefront home on Big Turkey Lake, a 450 acre all-sport lake with sun up to sun down fun! 4 kayaks and O’Brien water mat for your use. Pontoon rental available, inquire for details. Dock space available for your water toys, please let me know prior to arrival so I can prepare. Checkout my Guidebook for ideas on local restaurants and activities close by. We have some great hometown events here at Big Turkey Lake and plenty of opportunities listed in my Guidebook within 15-30 minutes.

Beautifully renovated lakefront cottage on the shores of Lake James with gorgeous sunset views, a sandy crystal clear swim area and dock space for your boat. Well appointed Chef’s kitchen stocked with all of your culinary needs. We offer private cooking classes and during the summer historical boat tours on Lake James. While this could just be a cozy place to crash for a night, it can also be a private cooking class followed by a relaxing sunset cruise on Lake James.
