The Donkey Dairy is one of a kind! Nestled on the slopes of the majestic Magaliesberg, this working donkey farm is home to a variety of friendly farm animals. On your visit you will be greeted by our alpacas, chickens, donkeys, horses, goats and even camels. If you would like to replace your cell phone’s morning alarm with the crowing of roosters or replace the hooting of cars with the braying of donkeys, the solar powered Donkey Dairy Cottage is the place for you! Both our charming cottages are situated in the leafy gardens of the 140-year-old homestead, yet you can enjoy complete privacy. So, if you need peace and quiet to revitalise in true country style, surrounded by the activities, sounds and smells of a working farm, this is the right place for you!

Artist's retreat farm

Settle in at this unique space - a private space to fully unwind and let creativity unfold among a welcoming community. It is a private loft guesthouse at a shared creative farm. The loft offers one queen size bed, an open kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, all cooking utilities. There is a comfortable seating area, a large desk, cupboards, books, and yoga mats. The double bed is comfortable and cozy. It is very spacious and bright with large windows and blockout curtains for privacy.

We have our own water supply and electricity backuperties in the estate. We have been a super host every quater since 2016
