Modern hytte med alt du trenger for et behagelig opphold. Hytten ligger på en fredelig og skjermet plass inni skogen, med fantastisk utsikt utover Ryfylke bassenget. Kun 20 minutter til Preikestolen. Enjoy fantastic sea views and sunsets in a new modern cabin! Its a quiet area surronded by amazing views and lovely hikes just outside the cabin. It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very superb standard. It has a very luxurious standard with top class of everything. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 3 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family.

Romslig hytte med stor terrasse og fantastisk utsikt. Gåavstand til strand, innsjø, og turområder. Kun 10 minutters kjøretur til Hommersåk sentrum. Om sommeren kan man tilbringe hele dagen ute på terrassen med spisegruppe, sittegruppe, solsenger, gassgrill, og jacuzzi. Kommer det litt regn kan man kose seg i sofaen under glasstak med varmelampe. Om vinteren kan man kose seg foran vedovnen i stuen, eller senke seg nedi jacuzzien og nyte utsikten mot hav og fjell.

The cabin is built in 2008 and situated next to Høle river, 400m from the sea. Great possibilities to go fishing, horseback riding and hiking in the mountains. Rowing boat with an engine is available (14 feet and 15 hp). Close to tourist attractions like Lysefjorden, Prekestolen ( Pulpit rock) and Kjerag. 500m from grocery store. You will find the amusement park 'Kongeparken' only 22 kilometres from the cabin. Sandnes City is a 20 minute drive.

Apartment/place is close to downtown Stavanger (7-9 min walk). Direct bus-transfer to/from Stavanger airport (Sola) is 2-3 min walk away. 160 m2 Penthouse Apartment which probably has one of the best view in entire Stavanger. 3 bedroom (& 2 bathroom), has default 7 beds, but can be assembled for 9 (+2) PAX.
