Family-friendly home with beautiful views and great sun exposure. Relax in a jacuzzi heated to 40°C after a day in Stavanger. Three bedrooms with double beds, plus a travel cot for infants on request. Private parking with EV charger included. Buses and city bikes nearby take you to the city center in about 15 minutes. Grocery stores are close by, and a shopping mall is 1 km away. Please note: there is a cat in the house. If preferred, the cat can stay in the laundry room with a private entrance.

Modern hytte med alt du trenger for et behagelig opphold. Hytten ligger på en fredelig og skjermet plass inni skogen, med fantastisk utsikt utover Ryfylke bassenget. Kun 20 minutter til Preikestolen. Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

Just about 100 meters from the house, you’ll find floating saunas, where you can enjoy a warm steam with beautiful views.

Romslig hytte med stor terrasse og fantastisk utsikt. Gåavstand til strand, vann, og turområder. Kun 10 minutters kjøretur til Hommersåk sentrum. Om sommeren kan man tilbringe hele dagen ute på terrassen med spisegruppe, sofagruppe, solsenger, grill, jacuzzi, og bålpanne. Kommer det litt regn kan man kose seg i sofaen under glasstak med varmelampe. Om vinteren kan man kose seg foran peisen i stuen, eller senke seg nedi jacuzzien og nyte utsikten mot sjø og fjell.
