It is a 1 bedroom suite & includes a king bed & a cozy full size sofa bed. Our place is equipped with all the essentials you need, including an iron, a washer and dryer, a fully landscaped backyard, & WiFi. This rental includes access to the Guest Suite only not the main home. You have your own private entrance on the side of the home and free street parking.

Beautiful Private Room (Private Key to Room)

This is a amazing room 7 mins from the phx airport and 10 mins from downtown phx. Its in a very safe HOA community with a nice pool that is walking distance. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to make dinners or just relax. This is a single room with a queen bed that can fit 2 people and all the furniture is brand new. I have Netflix on the TVs and very strong WIFI for you. Feel free to use the kitchen and fridge. I have parking on the street right in front of my house.

We are close to downtown Chandler, Intel, Orbital, Infusion Soft and other Chandler business, shops, malls, restaurants, bars and grocery stores all are within 5-10 min by car. This is our house where we live and share it with our Airbnb guests. Bathroom not shared.
