Die Wohnung hat gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf, Messegelände, Flughafen Düsseldorf (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt liegt 2 km entfernt. Sehr gute Radwege ab Haustür an der Niers.

Good parking situation and a large shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away.
