You have full access to the entire fenced in backyard, a true tropical paradise, including use of the grill, hot tub, lawn chairs, hammock, swing, and seating areas under the mango tree.

The hot tub is an amazing feature. If it’s cool outside enjoy the propane fire pit. Turn a knob and push a button and it’s on!! This camper is perfect for one to two people and one small pet.

The extensive Fossil Park complex is a 1-minute walk away featuring 2 playgrounds, pickleball courts, basketball courts, skatepark, walking trails and a community pool (open seasonally). It's a quiet neighborhood situated between 2 busy streets that take you directly to downtown. Gulf beaches are a 20-25 minute drive and Bay side beaches are a 10-15 minute drive.
