Cosy studio loft in the heart of St Ives

This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.

We have carefully furnished it with a mixture of modern furnishings and antiques and is well-appointed. The St Ives artistic community has inspired us to hang the walls with a selection of pretty paintings – hence the name ‘The Gallery’.
