We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Welcome to our 73 acre retreat! Your private Loft Suite has a comfy queen size bed. Less comfy additions will accommodate up to 7 people in one big space. There is a balcony to enjoy the sunset. The true beauty awaits outdoors where you can tour the 1 km metal sculpture park path, enjoy the 5 km of trails, swing out over our ravine swing, feed the ducks & enjoy numerous shared amenities on the property. Port Bruce main floor /shared outside areas

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Additionally, its prime location allows you to take leisurely strolls to the vibrant downtown area, immersing yourself in the local culture, shops, and eateries. We are also very close (10 mins) to the beautiful town of Port Stanley, soak up the beautiful scenery around the marina and harbour.

Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Located just 5 mins outside of Tillsonburg ont is this beautiful private country upstairs apartment. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
