Our penthouse in on the top of the new building on the good location.It offers a beautiful spacious terrace with the hot tub,sundeck,and a perfect place to have launch/dinner outside and inside.The apartment has three bedrooms plus sofa for two.Also there is big bathroom as well as a small toilet.All the kitchen utilities are inside and whole place is air-conditioned.There is a garage only for you and an elevator leading straight to the penthouse. The whole place is only for you ;) I will be at your disposal 0-24H if you should need me for anything ;) The property offers easy access to the rest of the city, as well as nearby beaches. Discover the area's many nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. We will show you everything on the map but if you have question before booking please ask! We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.
