Fronte e vista mare a 180 gradi. ( Codice I.U.N. S1140) L'appartamento è luminoso, spazioso, curato, fresco. Il mare fa sempre compagnia in tutte le camere da cui apprezzerete la brezza marina, il suono delle onde, splendidi tramonti ad ovest, la Luna sul mare, cieli stellati. Ricca libreria, angolo musica, amaca , divano e poltrone per il relax. Non c'è ascensore, ma le scale si fanno comodamente. L'acqua è potabile, ma io ho inserito un depuratore Disponibilità wi-fi. Gli animali sono graditi.

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
