The balcony has nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable!

Perfekt as a base to combine all the attractions in Sparta, Mystras and mount Taygetos. Also it's about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beaches in Gytheio, Mavrovouni and Bathi. The apartment is located on the groundfloor of a bigger house with total 3 Floors. It has a separate entrance and access to the garden in the back.
