Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Old Stables is a lovely two bedroom cottage converted to a high standard. The historic village of Needham Market has great transportation links via rail and road across the region to the coast, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and into London. Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.

Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. Only a 10 min walk from the beach and town centre and benefiting from a large rear garden. Comfortable and stylish furnishings plus a well equipped kitchen. A quirky addition is the "Lobster hut" located in the garden and affording a wonderfully unique dining experience. Restaurants and Pubs close by. Please note this home is not suitable for Children and Dogs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and the stairs are steep. This is a cute, small terraced house.
