Right at the entrance to Mt Field on the Tyenna River. Believe me one night stays are not enough as so much to see and do in this area you will wish you stayed longer. Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is a beautiful 1930's weatherboard cottage which has been thoughtfully renovated to please the keenest eye! Close to town, it is only a 7 minutes walk to all the main amenities. Wake up in the morning with aromas coffee from your Nespresso coffee machine and enjoy the luxury little touches and wonderful comforts while you experience the West Coast Wilderness. For our bike ride enthusiasts - we offer a lockable shed to store your bikes on the premises.

The Sir John Cottage - 8 Reid Street Strahan

Sir John Cottage is a Federation (Circa 1901) one bedroom cottage with a four post queen bed and two leather reclining lounge chairs, with foot stools. Walk-in shower & Laundry and there is a fire place but minimal cooking facility. Oven with two hot plates. Situated directly across the street from Strahan's only supermarket and an ~250m stroll down to the waterfront restaurants. There is off street car parking. Pet friendly cottage

Post House Cottage - 10 Minutes to Mount Field

Accommodation located within 10 minutes drive to the spectacular MOUNT FIELD NATIONAL PARK. Cottage was built in the early 1900's in the picturesque Derwent Valley. The cottage is set on 13 acres and is private with your own fully fenced yard. We give you your privacy but if you need us, we are close by to assist. The cottage makes a welcoming break between Hobart and Strahan. Cottage caters to children over 12 years of age only.

Florentine Cottage

Florentine Cottage is nestled in the heart of the small village of Maydena. A 1.5 hour drive from Hobart. The cottage is located less than 200m from the Maydena Bike Park base and 15min from Mount Field National Park. The cottage is cosy & comfortable fitted out with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If you share a love for the outdoors, hiking and mountain biking then Florentine Cottage is the place for you!

Situated beside the Humboldt Rivulet and just 300 meters from the Tyenna River our fully renovated Humboldt Cottage is located within 5 minutes' drive to the renown Russell Falls and Mt Field National Park and walking distance to the Marriott's Falls walk and 10 minutes' drive to the Maydena Bike Park and 1hour out to the Lake Pedder and the Gordon River Dam Strict no pets rule apply for this property.

Our 1911 cottage has been lovingly renovated over the last few years, restoring and retaining many original features including the Tasmanian blackwood floors, art deco light fittings, doors and wall panelling. Quality vintage furnishings and unique knick-knacks fill the space, making a cosy and unique stopping place for your stay in this truly special part of the world.
