King Room - Oceanfront Property

The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

The Shores is a completely remodeled boutique hotel located in Deerfield Beach. Our stylish, cozy rooms are fully equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included at no extra cost; high-speed Wi-Fi, internet, smart TV/Netflix, parking, beach towels, and chairs. The beach is just a short walk across the street (600 ft). We are located within 1/2 mile of great dining, such as JBs on the Beach, The Whales Rib and the infamous Deerfield Beach Pier.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

The Guest Room & Back Deck

The Guest Room is a spacious 12X15 foot room. In addition, it has a huge 10X8 foot bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 10X20 foot covered deck all for your private use. You have your own private entrance to your room, and the room is locked off from the rest of the house. There is a 4.7 cu. ft. refrigerator, a microwave, two hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a gas grill with a side burner. There is a spacious backyard that is more like a forest than a yard.

The River Walk Inn - Room 801

Spacious upstairs room in a charming 1840's building located on top of the bluff with exquisite views of the MS river. This room has beautiful period furniture, a Keurig, mini fridge, access to a shared balcony, ice machine, washer/dryer, and is within walking distance to all events downtown. Please note that the rooms are above a popular restaurant/bar that frequently offers live entertainment on the weekends.

Tiny Room for Solo Traveler (Near Cruise Terminal)

This is a small room with a twin bed and a dresser, perfect for a solo traveler. Saint Helen's House is a small boutique hotel and hostel in the heart Galveston's East End Historic District. It has multiple rooms which accommodate monthly renters (mostly professionals at UTMB) as well as visitors. The property is a large Victorian home located a half mile from downtown and UTMB.
