The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. A relaxing private studio apartment located on a dead-end street. Just a 5-minute walk down a tree lined path to the ocean. We offer a nice back yard you're fur babies. We have a nice size outdoor shower with a beautiful antique claw foot tub to soak in. The apartment is about 550 sq. feet and has plenty of cookware. Air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, small indoor grill microwave, and fridge. All water is filtered as we have a large water filter. 2 guests only.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.
