Our cave villa comes with sentimental value as it belonged to our grandmother. Dated back to 1920's brings a great heritage. The villa was totally renovated in 2015, transforming a traditional cave into a luxury residence following faithfully the unique cycladic architecture with exceptional modern esthetics. The villa consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a dining area and a small kitchenette. It features a heated plunge pool and an upper terrace with panoramic view over Caldera.

A vista sobre o Douro e as suas montanhas é arrebatadora. Tem uma piscina com 12m de comprimento rodeada por belas árvores com o Douro ao fundo. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
