Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Hidden gem in the entertainment district with lots of restaurants close by, beach access a block away, picturesque views of fireworks and sunsets over Laguna Madre, and the SPI Migratory Bird Sanctuary just off the back patio. Find serenity by the bubbling fountain, surrounded by flowers and the singing of songbirds while relaxing on our color-filled patio with no immediate neighbors to bother you. Featuring eclectic decor and an industrial look with open ceilings and handmade bedroom furniture.

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
