Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Our condo is island themed & steps to the beach, 1 minute to access 3. The pool is right outside your bedroom & can be accessed through a private gate. Includes everything you need for your getaway to paradise: a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & towels, starter packs for hygiene & laundry, even toddler beds & toys. Ground-floor unit, 2 parking spots, built-in BBQ by the pool. There's no better location or convenience! Walk to Daddy's & Gravity Park. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably & can fit 8.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
