Bijou Barn with exclusive-use Annexe

Little Barn is an intimate hideaway, perfect for couples looking for cosy and characterful accommodation close to beaches and Dartmoor National Park. The one-bedroom barn conversion with wood-burner provides all you need for a romantic retreat. In addition, there’s a glazed chill-out room in a charming, single-storey building next door, which also provides a utility room with full laundry facilities and an additional toilet and shower. There is also a 0.5 acre garden with orchard and picnic spot

Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

There's lots to see and many reasons to just relax! Just over 2 miles to the nearest beach and 30 mins drive from beautiful Dartmoor.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
