The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
